captain Kidd was appointed to the ship "the adventure gallery" he was assigned to capture all french ships and pirates of Madagascar. Captain Kidd felt his crew was lacking, so he recruiter a gang of cutthroats and sailed for Madagascar, but he felt the cutthroats were undependable and they left Kidd's ship for the pirates. the rest of his crew declared mutiny unless Kidd agreed to become a pirate himself. Kidd refused and in battle with his crew he killed a man. This changed Kidd for life, and he decided that maybe he had a taste for killing and blundering after all. but i thought he was the best pirate and captain.

William Kidd became a pirate after being commissioned to attack enemy ships by colonial governments, but he eventually turned to piracy full-time. He operated in the Caribbean and Indian ocean, seizing numerous ships and accumulating wealth. Despite his initial legitimacy, he was eventually hunted down by authorities and executed in 1701.
