It would be most difficult to deal with an eruption from a composite volcano. Such eruptions tend te be explosive, spreading ash over large areas, and can produce highly destructive lahars and pyroclastic flows.
you are asking a seemingly simple question but it has a complex answer. Prior to an eruption you have the forming of the caldera. Then you have the eruption: here are some effusive eruption, central vent eruption, fissure eruption, subaqueous eruption, sub glacial eruption, pyroclastic eruption, ash-flow eruption. The most spectacular of all of them is the pyroclastic eruption. It throws off viscous gas-rich magmas and producesw a great deal of solid volcanic fragments. A volcanic eruption after is called clean up. The included link about Mt St Helens eruption will give you an idea on the potentially explosive power of a volcano.
There are hot gases mixed with magma. Sometimes the pressure of the magma and hot gases increased a great deal when this happens the rocks deep inside the earth have melted on molten rocks which is called magma. This is how a magma occurs.
it is water, so does water deal with science?
Do you mean the US/India deal. You can read about this at http://www.cfr.org/publication/9663/
they threw him in prison

There is not a great deal the authorities could do to punish you for committing suicide.

Nothing, that's why there's tension.
I am not 100% sure what your asking but if you make a deal but don't carry out your end of that deal that's known as "reneging" on that deal. I am not sure if there is a special word for when its the authorities not upholding their end of the bargain. The person reneged on the deal. The deal itself may be for less time or they may ask that they are not charged with a crime at all this is known as being granted immunity.
if you have lease, you cannot be evicted without an eviction notice,or notice to quit. If you do not have a lease you will need to deal with legal authorities on this.
As an individual it would be almost impossible. Even the authorities would have a great deal of difficulty if all they knew was the type of vehicle someone drove.
The concept behind lower authorities of law is that the local governments can quickly and more effectively deal with local issues than the state or federal government can; as the higher authorities of law take much longer to act on any issue (normally). This when combined with the fact that states are supposed to be sovereign in their own right, more so to deal with local matters; brings forth the necessity of state level laws.
harrasment is illegal cause it's a form a bullying you can always go to the authorities and have them arrested with enough proof you can also get a restraining order
