By her, I hope you mean Calypso, nymph of the sea. Calypso kept Odesseus basically trapped at her island Ogygia. The seven years were like relaxing years, as he spent a tough decade in the Trojan War and then another three years fighting back home. As a result, he still didn't reach home, but instead with Calypso in Ogygia. Hermes was sent by Zeus to tell Calypso that it was Odysseus' time to go home, because Odysseus finally longed to go home and had gotten depressed staying on Calypo's island. Calypso raged, distressed at that Odysseus would leave her. But as Zeus demands, Calypso unwillingly obliged.
Odysseus was saved by Calypso when he washed on her island. They become lovers, and sleep together for seven years. However, Odysseus yearns to return home. Calypso offers Odysseus eternal life and youth if would stay with her on her island, but Odysseus declines, longing for his wife Penelope and his home of Ithaca.

During his time with Calypso on her island, Odysseus would never experience the joys of homecoming, family, and the familiar comforts of Ithaca. He remained in a state of longing for his wife, Penelope, and his son, Telemachus, which left him feeling isolated despite Calypso's love and hospitality. Furthermore, he would miss the opportunity to fulfill his role as a leader and hero in his own land, as well as the growth and challenges that come with facing life's adversities.
Ulysses S Grant died almost 128 years ago. This coming April, he would be celebrating his 191st birthday. Presently he is serenely decomposing.
Grant was born April 27, 1822. That would make him 192 at his birthday coming later this year in 2014.
As being awful.Odysseus most likely would describe Calypso as a tall, beautiful woman who is smart, clever and a Titan.
Calypso offers Odysseus immortality and eternal youth if he would stay with her forever.
It's not Zeus that is disrupting the seas after Odysseus leaves Calypso's island; it is Poseidon. Athena went to Zeus to ask for his help to get Odysseus home and Zeus agreed that he would allow Odysseus to try and get home. Poseidon, on the other hand, hates the Greeks and especially hates Odysseus because he killed his son the cyclops, Polyphemus.
