Secondly each patient produce very large amount of bacteria culture in the form of loose motion. Thirdly the patients tend to run away in their incubation period, taking with them the disease at some distant place. This creates the distant and independent focus, making it difficult for the health system to manage the epidemics.

∙ 9y agoCholera victim pass large number of bacteria in his stool. Stool is passed in large quantity and without the knowledge of the the patient. The bacteria can easily contaminate the rain water and water sources. Flies are abundant in rainy season and adds to the spread of cholera bacteria to other patients. Lastly the incubation period of cholera is very less. That again helps to make it highly communicable.
