"Second" refers to the chronological order in which the churches were established in the town they are in. I've heard that some cities are large enough to have up to a Seventh Baptist Church. First, Second, Seventh, or any other numbered Baptist churches would likely have identical statements of faith if they belong to the same conference or denomination.
