It does taste better at night (for me)....I have no idea why, but it does!!
Because it depends in your taste buds. In the morning you barely woke up and its going to taste sour as will any other fruit. At night its going to taste sweet because.......IDK

I've taken them at night for years. Once I tried taking them in the morning, and I could taste them for a while throughout the day. Not so great.
