No wonder since if you get married in one state you are not married if you move to the next. If that was the case for straight married couples there would be a national outcry. American families should have the same rights no matter what state they live in. This should not be up to w/e politician happens to be ruling at the moment. They all have personal agendas and many are influenced by religion. State and church is supposed to be kept apart when it comes to laws. Most state politicians have a huge problem with this.
