Campare and contrast characters of snowball and napoleon?

Both animals show strong leadership from the start of the novel, but they adopted their leadership in different ways. Snowball was a lot more relaxed with the other animals, so he actually got his power from being equal with the others. However Napoleon showed strong leadership by making the other animals feel scared, giving them stern looks. The quote 'Napleon was a rather fierce looking pig' shows how his appearence made the other anials scared of him.Snowball was very good at speeches as the quote 'snowball was quick in speech' shows. He talked to the other animals as friends by using the word 'Comrade'. The way in which snowball comunicated with the other animals defintately helped him with his fight for power. On the other hand, Napoleon wasn't very good at speeches, which is where the character Squealer came in. Napoleon used Squealer to do his dirty work as he was a very pusuasive pig'

What may be development for one may not be development for the others justify the statement with suitable examples?

Development can be subjective and context-dependent. For example, building a new shopping mall may be seen as development by some people as it creates job opportunities and boosts the local economy. However, others may view it as a threat to the environment and the livelihood of small businesses in the area. Similarly, the construction of a new highway may be considered development by some for improved connectivity, while others may see it as a disruption to their communities and way of life.

Quotes from snowball in Animal Farm?

Napoleon was a large rather fierce looking Berkshire boar, the only Berkshire on the farm, not much of a talker, but with the reputation for getting his own way. (35)Snowball was a more vivacious pig than Napoleon, quicker in speech and more inventive, but was not considered to have the same depth of character. (35-36)The best known upon them was a small fat pig Squealer, with very round cheeks, twinkling eyes, nimble movements, and a shrill voice. He was a brilliant talker, ad was arguing some difficult point he had a way of skipping from side to side and whisking his tail which was somehow very persuasive. The others said of Squealer that he could turn black to white. (36)- These are all quoted from the book, Animal Farm.

Is others said that squealer that he can turn black into white a metaphor?

Well, it is sort of but not really. A metaphor is like comparing 2 things without using like or as e.g. the sun is a volcano. :)
