Looking at how small the initial group of Pizarro's men was, they could probably have killed each and every one of them, if they had decided to do it regardless of their own losses - Pizarro's group, although small, was by Inca standards heavily armed and very much on their guard.

Francisco Pizarro's three voyages to the Americas took place in 1509, 1524, and 1530. Each voyage contributed to his eventual conquest of the Inca Empire in present-day Peru.
The last emperor of the Inca was Atahualpa. His father Huayna Capac had died of smallpox in 1526 or 1527. The heir to the throne, Ninan Cuyuchi, also died. This left two of Huayna's other sons fighting for the throne. Atahualpa ruled from Quito, and his half-brother, Huascar, ruled the south from Cusco. At the Battle of Quipaipan, Atahualpa defeated Huascar. Because the Inca were so busy fighting each other, they were less prepared to fight Pizarro.

Inca did not have a writing system/ they only had messengers between the Incan cities. *Also, they lived very far away from each other, and without horses, would have had to walk thousands of miles in order to discover each other.
