by the earths plates moving and causes force to the volcanoe and it starts erupting.
It will cool the earth's surface as radiation from the sun is blocked from entering the atmosphere
All depends on the size of the eruption. If it were a big eruption then it could bellow ash and smoke into the atmosphere and cause sunlight and heat to be blocked around the world making the earths temperature fall for a little while. Also it will send gasses like methane, carbon dioxide and sulpher into the atmosphere, adding to the greenhouse gas level and maybe contributing to global warming.
isnt it because it releases gases?

The eruption of a very large volcano
by the earths plates moving and causes force to the volcanoe and it starts erupting.
Heat!!
Heat!!
I do not mean to sound rude or patronising but air IS the atmosphere.
The Sun sends photons of light particles and they get deflected by Earth's atmosphere
It will cool the earth's surface as radiation from the sun is blocked from entering the atmosphere
tectonic plate movement
They slow the loss of heat
because it has allot of diffrent of tipes of chemicals that goes up on the earths atmosphere
