Yes they are. There will be a new one on TLC very soon. But they most likely wont be together or both in the chair(at the same time)

Yes, in April 2010 TLC announced the first of 12 episodes of 'Kate Plus Eight" will start airing on June 6, 2010. Since the untimely end of the Gosselin's original reality TV show "Jon and Kate Plus 8" there was a lot of speculation about whether or not the Gosselins would return to reality TV in any form. In Fall 2009: Although TLC made an announcement in late September 2009 of their intention to re-work 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' to reflect the families changing dynamic - by mid-November of that same year TLC representatives were saying the show is not in production. Until the Gosselins have sorted out their divorce arrangements, and TLC has come to some agreement with Jon Gosselin, it is unlikely that the Gosselins will be featured collectively on any form of reality television. However, you never know, the situation with the Gosselins is always changing. Just don't believe what you read in the tabloids!

It is quite likely that the Gosselins will make more shows. TLC has announced they are working on a new show featuring Kate Gosselin for Spring 2010 and Jon Gosselin has said that he is "too famous" for a regular job and has been looking for various TV jobs. Kate will probably continue to be on television in some form, but Jon's fate will be determined in the court room when TLC prosecutes him for breach of contract.
Why do some reality-TV families make more than others?
This is just a guess... But Jon & Kate Plus 8 is the most popular show broadcasted on TLC. It would make sense that the Gosselins would make more because the rankings effect the money that is made by TLC. Which means they deserve a larger pay for bringing TLC the great business. Thanks.
Did TLC buy land for the Gosselins?
