It did not affect any religion really. It had a great affect on millions of people of Jewish faith, for some it strengthened their faith, for others it made them question it. But no religion changed. Christianity, became less antisemitic, but there were movements in that direction already in the late 1930's, but again, that is more about the people practicing it than the religion itself.
