Camels and Elephants have water jugs on their backs and climb up the stairs and let the water out into a well and the people open the gates from the well and there are tubes that lead out into the gardens and the water goes through them and thats how they get waterd
Do you have source that the Hanging Gardens really existed? Because there is still no concrete documentation that it was really existed, there's a controversy that it's just a poetic or actual creation. It was built by the use of bricks and there was a special mechanical tool that was used to regulate the life of the trees and plants.
The Hanging Gardens of Babylon were destroyed mostly due to lack of matinence. After 1ST Century B.C They were struck by an earthquake and destroyed!
Technology wasn't used back then when they made it. It was around about 600B.C. So considering the era they were in, the only thing they got close to technology was their 'Chain Pump'. This got water from the Euphrates river and transported it into the gardens. This answer needs to be improved. :)
They got there water because the water was piped to the fountains that provided for needed irrigation
There isn't any evidence beyond an ancient Greek list to show that they ever were there in the first place, so who knows. Maybe some Jewish slaves got pissed off at their masters or something.

Not what I'd call protection. Maybe it was supposed to be Priapus, a minor rustic fertility god, protector of livestock, fruit plants, gardens and male genitalia, whose huge penis was famously painted on some walls there. Maybe, because I think some nice fossils of livestock and gardens got preserved, but somehow everybody's genitalia got horrifically burned away when that volcano buried the town.
u got this from school, didnt you?
