LOLOLOLOLOL Sorry I love mummies...I know Im a nerd! :) anyway so the people would take out the brain in a mummy by taking a stick and sticking it up their nose, stir it arould until the brain was liquified, and turn the body over so the brain goo could poor out! I know....TMI
Because they put a brain in mummies head
The brains of mummies are typically removed during the mummification process to prevent decay and make room for preservation. The focus of mummification was on preserving the body for the afterlife rather than keeping the brain intact. Additionally, ancient Egyptians believed that the heart, not the brain, was the center of emotions and intellect.
Fed it to the their pets(cats, dogs).
The egyptians thought the heart was used for thinking and was the most important organ in the body. It was the only organ which was not removed from mummies. They did not know what the brain was for. They thought it was useless, so it was taken away from mummies. They thought that only the heart was necesary for the afterlife.
Tutankhamun, Ramesses II and Hatshepsut are three of the most well know mummies

It is important to know about mummies because it is part of historical features. How will we know about how people lived in the past, and how they controled their problems in life if we dont study about mummies? Ask your self that.
Nope, i know for sure that there's mummies in Mexico, Holland, and Australia but I'm sure there's more.
They pulled the brain through the nostrils, and cut the body open to remove the other organs.
