I use critical thinking in my decision to go back to school. I had to analyzing all colleges to find the best one for me. I find that South University were the right choice for me with what they had to offer in my acamdic study.
Applying Critical Thinking! What a wonderful thing that we humans have the capacity to apply critical thinking when we make choices. And what a shame that we so rarely use our capacity to make good choices. Is it because the advertizing media is so convincing? Is it because we are lazy? Or is it because critical thinking is such a complicated undertaking? I would think it is all three. We do not apply our thinking because it is easier to follow someone else's decision. For thinking takes effort. Logical thinking, evaluating the pros and cons when making a decision, is both a complicated and lengthy effort. It implies that we have to separate the choices we make from our personal predilection and, by weighing the pros and cons, must base them solely on the predictable or hoped-for outcome. For example when we buy a car, we should make a decision based on price (not payments), on fuel ecomomy in the city (we seldom use it exclusively on highways), and size (we do not need an SUV when we are a two-person family). There are probably more considerations that I have not touched on. I will usually suggest that you apply critical thinking to any major purchase like a car or a home. As far as conversations are concerned, if you are with friends, mistakes bear few consequences, especially if you are among friends who will correct your thinking without being demeaning. While philosophy, critical thinking, and creative thinking are all type of thinking, there is not much of a relationship between them. Philosophy concerns itself with larger issues of how to conduct oneself. Critical thinking involves making choices based on the input available for evaluation. Creative thinking involves looking at every thought occurring about a project, regardless of whether it is practical or not.
Good choices if your thinking is sound, and bad choices if your thinking is weak.
It gives you more time to think about your choices and using time to see how you could process over that period

Rational activity refers to actions or decisions that are based on reason, logic, and critical thinking rather than emotions or impulses. It involves making deliberate choices after considering different options and their consequences. Rational activity is typically seen as a more thoughtful and deliberate approach to problem-solving or decision-making.
HERE are some great study tips for you.The best way to study using critical thinking is to review your old work and analyze it. Keep all of your homework and quizzes and tests so you can see where you went wrong the first time and figure out how to improve on the standardized test.Another tip is to concentrate on the question. Try to eliminate as many answers as possible by critical thinking, and then you'll only have one or two choices left as the right answer.
Alternative choices of action.
