Most Amish Moved into the smaller towns and areas where they could buy up smaller farms around 100 or more acres. I know of some that bought up the land next to my family farm and they could purchase much more than they have. They have money because they work hard and watch what they spend on. They don't have to pay electric, Gas, or most taxes like school tax.
