Chinese gymnasts stay very thin because they are always exercising. Chinese gymnasts also eat very well balanced and healthy diets.
I would assume it's their diet.. mainly fish, rice and veggies. perhaps drinking tea too.

Artistic gymnasts build more solid muscle that gives them a little bit of bulk, while rhythmic gymnasts focus mostly on stretching and dance, so they don't have as much of the muscle mass that an artistic gymnast who trains for high impact skills would have or need. The ideal body for rhythmic gymnastics is slender and a little more long than for artistic gymnastics.The reason why people think rhythmic gymnasts are all skinny is because that is all we see. Tiny twig athletes usually make the best rhythmic gymnasts, but not all are.

pommel horse and rings and high bar so there's three there bar is just a skinny rail and it's alot skinnier than the womens' uneven parralel bars are.
Becuase when you're deprressed you eat. they don't have anything to be depressed about.

Women and girls use grips to help them stay on the uneven bars. Grips go on your hands and strap around your wrists. They help you get a grip on the bars so you don't slip off. Gymnasts use them in higher levels (5-10) Gymnasts use them when they are mostly swinging. Hope this answer helped! :)
