By definition, Christians follow the Christian religion and no other. Monotheistic religions are mutually exclusive.

Each religion might answer this differently.For example: Jehovah's Witnesses as Christians, (while they do follow the traditions within the Bible that apply for Christians), they follow NO man-made 'traditions'.
