They should do the things Jesus did, believe the thing Jesus believes. Act like Jesus did. Unfortunately, many call themselves Christians and act like the rest of the world.
Christians came about from Jesus Christ. If they accept that he did that for them, they become Christians...and well, they have to try to live like him, obviously they aren't perfect like him, but they need to try to love everyone, and accept people others don't. A lot of the time they blend in with non-believers, or stand out in a bad way, but there are ones trying to show Christ's love.
You can try to be like him, that is to try to live your life as sinless as can be but no one can be Jesus but Jesus.
Today, Caucasians own most TV channels, so they try to make Jesus look like them.
Reconciliation and forgiveness are extremely important to Christians. This is because Christians try to follow the example of Jesus Christ. Jesus was known for forgiving those who did him wrong, and accepting all people, regardless of how society perceived them.
they tried to spread the word about God but were executed like Jesus. once though, one of the main people who hated christians was called upon by God and blinded, and God sent him to a main christians home. but i read it in the NIV Bible, so it may not be what you are talking about.
Christians- Praising Jesus, giving (not getting. well you do receive but you try to think about giving more.), and family. Non-Christians- Santa, getting presents, and family
Christians should not act "better" if you mean being "stuck up", Christians should try to act like Jesus did, a servant of all. Light of the World. Even though He was God in the Flesh he humbled himself as a servant. So either this is a misperception on your part, or you know Christians that are not behaving properly. Remember we are all Human, and make mistakes.
A:Muslims, Jews and Hindus do not believe in Jesus as the Son of God. Of these, Muslims will try to convert Christians to Islam, just as Christians will try to convert Muslims. I do not think Jews and Hindus generally try to change the religious views of Christians. The largest single group of people who do not believe in Jesus as the Son of God are people with no religion, for example around 40 per cent of the British population and 90 per cent in some Scandinavian countries. However, exceedingly few of them would ever discuss any aspect of religion unless a Christian first raises the subject. Herein could lie the answer to the question. If you raise the subject of Jesus, an atheist very possibly will respond that Jesus did not exist or, if he did, he was not divine.
Was Jesus The Son of God or just another prophet? Many Muslims, if not all, believe that Jesus was just another prophet like Abraham, or Noah, or Peter, or David, and so forth, while Christians believe that Jesus was the Son of God. So for years they have been trying to prove their point, a Muslim will try and find some evidence that kinda points to Jesus being another prophet, then later on a Christian will find some evidence that proves that Jesus is The Son of God. So it really all depends what you believe.
He persecuted Christians and killed many and such. Made it really hard in that area for people to stand out as Christians. He used them as bondage slaves, search it up dawg. peace out bro-sniff. Reppin Jesus!
Try thousand foot krutch, or flyleaf
There has been a lot of debate about this, but Christians believe that God sent a part of himself in human form down to Earth to try and save us.
