very similar to humans, dolphins execute a brushing movement throughout the inside of their oral cavity with genitalia, sometimes of a mate, but sometimes their own if they lack social skills. There have been cases where an offspring's genitalia have been used, but the dolphin was required to register as a sex offender for at least 10 years.
