The minister eventually captures Sirius and makes him wait in a chamber where Sirius waits to receive the "kiss." Harry and Hermione take him out of there and let him escape on Buckbeak. Lupin resigns as a teacher since word spread that he was a werewolf and he gives Harry back the Maurador's Map.

(: When the Grimm bites Ron and drags him into the shrieking shack and harry and Hermione run after them only to find out that the Grimm is Sirius black and is remus lupin's friend from school. they explain to harry that sirius did not betray harrys parents. peter petigrew (descized as rons rat) did so they capture him to give to the demontors. when they go to leave, snape comes in and harry attacks him with a spell. the six of them (harry Ron hermionie sirius remus and peter) go outside and remus becomes a werewolf. sirius turns into the grimm to protect the others and is nearly killed. remus runs off into the forest. then the demontors all swarm on harry and sirius and the harry that went back in time saves him and harry thinks it was his dad intill he himself goes back in time and finds out it was him. they later free sirius from a holding cell at hogwarts where he was captured and save buckbeak from being killed ;) That is when Harry and Sirius Black are being killed by the Dementors. How did Hermione help harry save Sirius?
It is unknown what spell Bellatrix used in the book but it wasn't the killing curse, it was just something that made Sirius fall back into the veil. Had it been the killing curse Harry wouldn't have thought he would come out the other side alive. In the film they changed his death and he was hit with the killing curse then fell through the veil.
Where does Sirius keep Buckbeak?
If you remember, in Goblet of Fire, Sirius is revealed to have left Buckbeak with Hagrid whilst he was on the run from the Ministry. Later in the series he started keeping him in the Black family home with him. Specifically he keeps him in his mother's bedroom, considering that he eats dead rats, I can imagine him getting all sorts of gross things over her bed, which I think is probably Rowling's intention, considering Sirius's relationship with his mother.

id say its best to just read the book and find out... but in general, --harry finds out that sirius is really his godfather and that pettigrew was the "secret holder"(or whatever it was :P) to protecting harry's parents.....and harry and Hermione go back in time to be able to save buckbeak and sirius(who everyone thinks is a mass murderer) again that's generally it... (if i were to do a full explaination, it would take too long ,and i might even miss a bit of it) :P
