In order to apply blush to look natural, first you should have a large size brush with soft bristols. Then choose a blush that is not too vibrant for your skin tone, suck your cheeks in to make the 'fish face' and apply with a sweeping motion onto the apples of your cheek.

How should you apply foundation?

You will need: * Mouisteriser * Your colour skin tone foundation * Bronzer * Blush * Mascara * Lipstick * Lipgloss * Eye shadow * Eyeliner # Gently apply the mouisteriser to a clean oil free face, gently massaging in until it is not visable # Apply foundation to the face smoothing out so all lines look natural and rubbed in # Grab a brush and brozer and lightly dust the brozer over face giving your face a darker fuller effect # Blush is optional, if you want your checkbones to stand out the lightly dust the blush over your checkbones...whatever you do, no NOT smile # Apply whatever colour eye shadow to the top of your eye with either your finger or small brush # Apply your eyeliner to the bottom lid of your eye just so it outlines it...you can either do it on the inside of your lid or outside. (the inside makes your eyes look smaller) # Apply a small amout of lipstick and a light layer of lipgloss over the top # Brush on some mascarra to the top and bottom eyelids! What is an everyday makeup routine?

Mine is very simple! 1. Put on some moisturizer, so your foundation can go on easily 2. Apply concealer underneath eyes and around the corners of your nose and mouth 3. Put on foundation and blush 4. Apply a soft pink eyeshadow 5. Apply mascara And voila! An easy, everyday look that is natural enough for school and/or work. :) Also, if you would like to switch things up one day, apply eyeliner to just the tops of your eyes instead of eyeshadow. Enjoy!

Prep your face: Apply tinted moisterizer all over your face. Then use a big brush and apply pink blush to the apples of your cheeks. After that swipe bronzer on forehead, on your nose, and down your cheeks for a summer glow.Eyes: Apply a light brown eyeshadow from your lashline to your crease. Then finish with a dark mascara.Lips: This is a natural look, so use a light lip gloss on your lips (i.e Peach colour). Can you use a eye shadow as a blush?

yes you can my mum is a beauty theripist and i use blush on my eyes every day. what it does is it makes you have a natural look and it matches your cheeks. have a look in the shops and see what blush suits you the best 1 oh and dont put chap stik on your eyes that will make it all taky and gluggy and yuk. hope this helps :) - - - - - There are two reasons why you shouldn't. First is safety. Eye shadow is made specially so if you get it in your eye it won't injure you. Blush PROBABLY won't injure you, but eye shadow definitely won't. They also put antimicrobial agents in eye shadow to keep harmful eye bacteria from growing in it that blush doesn't need, or have. The other is staying power. The places you put blush don't move very much. The places you put eye shadow are in constant motion. They have to put chemicals in eye shadow to make them stick to your skin that they don't put in blush. (This is also why eye makeup is harder to get off than blush.) You can get pink eye shadow at any store, and if you want to wear pink on your eyes that's what to use.

How do I apply makeup that will accentuate my eyes and make me look younger?

The best tip I can offer you is to not apply too much makeup, or to put it on too thick. Doing so will make any fine lines and wrinkles be more obvious. To make your eyes pop, use a shade of shadow that compliments your eye color. Chose a foundation that looks natural, and not too cakey.

At first blush: How to achieve a natural look with makeup?

Most women, at some stage, have made the mistake of applying their makeup with too heavy a hand, ending up with a ‘painted’ rather than a natural look. Achieving a natural look with makeup isn’t difficult – it simply takes a bit of know-how, a few beauty supplies and a smile (quite literally, when applying blush!). Before applying any makeup, it’s imperative you start with a clean face. Wash with a mild cleanser but never with soap, as it is too drying. After cleansing, pat dry your face and apply moisturizer. Once your skin has absorbed the moisturizer, apply concealer under your eyes, ensuring it’s the right shade for your skin tone. With your ring finger, dab concealer under each eye, gently blending toward the outer edges. Remember, the skin under the eyes is extremely delicate, so be gentle when blending. Next, blend in a small amount of concealer to any red areas on your face, usually around the nose and mouth. It’s now time to apply tinted moisturizer or a sheer foundation that matches your skin tone. Apply sparingly with your fingers, dabbing and blending thoroughly into the forehead, nose, cheeks and chin. Don’t forget to blend into your jaw line and neck, as well. Next, apply blush with as light a hand as possible. Begin by smiling at yourself in the mirror and, if you’re using a cream blush, apply a few dabs on the apple of each cheek, blending upward along the cheekbone. If you’re using a powder blush, apply with a makeup brush using the same technique. Blend well; remember, you’re trying to achieve a rosy glow, not a scarlet ruddiness! It’s now time for mascara. Apply two coats to your lashes, holding the wand as close as possible to the lash line and sweeping in the direction of the lashes. If you have dark lashes, use dark brown mascara; if you have light lashes, use black. Redheads: use brown. Finally, apply a sheer lip color and blend with your pinky finger. Opt for neutral shades with matte finishes. Finish with a dab of gloss for a bit of shine. Voila – you’re a natural beauty!
