To become an x-ray tech you will need a GED or High school diploma, followed by a training program lasting from 1-4 years depending on the program training offered. After the 1-4 years of training you can go through a program for certification.

Can an x ray tech afford a Lamborghini or Ferrari?

No. An xray tech would not make enough in income to possibly finance (get a loan for) a car worth that much unless the car was very used, or he managed to save enough cash in his lifetime to purchase one later. Xray tech pay maxes out at a relatively low rate. Perhaps become a doctor or another profession that pays better.
