Won't happen, likely. FWIW, it's not a franchise, it's a privately-owned company with a CEO (Dan Bane). A retirement community like The Villages may have many residents, but it's also lacking in diversity (everyone's 55+) - who would work there? Though some employees at other stores within The Villages may commute in, TJ's is not that kind of company to support that sort of thing in the employee culture. They are very awesome to work for in that way, very supportive of 'quality of life'. So, for The Villages, I just don't see it happening. Baby boomers, you may have to not get what you want for once.
