you take it out the packet and it pops up ;)
Edit:
While the original answer is a funny one, it's not entirely true. Pop up gazebos are rather easy to erect, but not exactly automatically. Manual effort will be required to unfold the structural components and also to stake down the tent in some cases. This is important when there's wind, as the lightweight gazebo canopy has a lot of surface area in relation to the weight of the popup gazebo. Otherwise you might end up with a pop up kite rather than a pop up gazebo.
Also, after first purchasing a pop up gazebo, there may be some assembly required. This usually is nothing more difficult than bolting a few things together, but can be a little frustrating if you don't have the instructions and haven't done it before. Without knowing the specific model and manufacturer, it's impossible to give an adequate answer in that regard.

If you have the instructions, follow them - it is easier than "reinventing the wheel". If you don't have them, consider it like a 3-d jigsaw puzzle. Start by laying out the pieces. Find the corners and the feet, position them in your space where they should be, then add in the legs and sides as you can. If it works, brilliant - if not, try again.
There are many different ways to assemble a gazebo. Typically you will build an octagon base out of wood and build pillars around the base.

It's very easily to construct a gazebo even if you're not very handy as these now come flat packed and ready to construct with all the fixings included and very specific installation instructions. You won't have a problem.
You will first need to order a gazebo kit and read all instructions carefully. Purchase the needed additional supplies and get the help of family and friends to assist with the actual construction. This is definitely a two man or more job.
