Yes, the back seats of the Hyundai Santa Fe can be folded down flat. In order to have the seats lay completely flat, it is recommended that you remove the head rests.
I have the same problem with my 2011 Santa Fe, after two attempts the dealerships confirmed there is no fix. Don't know about your model but my back seats recline and do not rattle in the reclined position as the are secured between upright pillars. I am now in the process of making long tube shaped black leather pillows to wedge in between seats.
Remove headrests (release catch on top of seat) and lift headrests until they remove from seat back. Release latch on top of seats near the side of seats and lay seats forward.
two in the front (of course) and the back seat fits three people.
There are two seats on a back of a bus. :D
Yes, the back seats in a 2004 Sunfire do fold down. There are straps on the back of the seats that are used to pull the seats down. The straps are assessable through the trunk of the car.
No. The Nissan 350z and 370z do not have back seats. If you have money though, consider the Nissan GT-R. It has back seats and is the fastest car from Nissan.

There isn't a way to get into the trunk from the back seats. The latches for the back seats are in the trunk.
It has seats for 4 total. It has 2 in the front, and 2 in the back, but the back does not have seatbelts.
