I'm pretty sure Texas doesn't have registration, and there is no national registration, so the answer is, basically, you can't, because it isn't "registered" to your name. If you are selling a handgun and want proof you don't own it any more, sell it through a licensed dealer, or if you sell it by private sale, get the buyer to sign a bill of sale.
No, Texas does not require handgun registration.
No

You can also carry a handgun on or about your person in your motor vehicle without a license in Texas, if you meet the "requirements". Is a motorcycle a motor vehicle? Yes: "Motor vehicle" means: (A) any motor driven or propelled vehicle required to be registered under the laws of this state; So you can legally carry a handgun on or about your person on your motorcycle if you meet the "requirements".
The answer is yes and no. You cannot go into a gun store in a state where you don't live and walk out with a handgun. You can, however, have a handgun shipped from a licensed dealer where you are to a licensed dealer in your state and pick it up there, unless there is a local state law prohibiting that. You have to find a gunshop that is willing to do that. Some will, some won't.
Yes, in Texas one can carry a hand gun in the motorcycle saddlebags. A person can also carry a handgun in plain sight while traveling.
