You can try PowerISO or CloneCD
A bin file needs a cue file. (if you dont have a cue file you will need to create one using Cueator or any cue file creator)you open an image burning software, such as imageburn (free) or alcohol120 or nero. Use the cue file to initiate the burn. The main thing is to burn the bin as an image. After you burn the CD or DVD you use the burned Disc to install the program. Or you can run the bin in a virtual drive and skip the burning process altogether. You can use any one of many virtual drive programs (such as Daemon tools) Once you figure out your first bin file you will see that they are not hard to use.
You can't convert "anything" to .bin and .cue files because BIN/CUE file are a very particular format. They are the images of DVD discs, so that a DVD writer can burn them onto a new blank disc.
unrar the .rar file use deamon tolls and mount the .cue file and just follow install instructions :)
Bin/Cue files are "image" files that a CD Burning software uses to create a CD
.bin does not refer to a single file type. The only unifying characteristic is that they are binary files, rather than plaintext. They can be firmware images, programs, DVD images, or even certain types of images and documents.
A cue sheet or cue file is a meta data file which describes how the tracks of a CD or DVD are laid out.
The winzip file is not to be open it goes hand in hand with the cue file if both the winzip file and the cue file are in the same folder then you can just open up cue file and the ROM will play but if separate the cue file ROM will not play
There are 2 software: Ape Ripper and Ape2CD can process APE + CUE file from SoftRM. VLC media player can play ape/cue files.

Version Cue is a part of Adobe software. It is installed with any piece of Adobe software. There are 2 parts to Version cue: the server side and the client side. For those working with Adobe software you will know that adobe software does not work well with networks and files can become corrupt when saved over a network. So adobe decided to create a system that is intended to work across networks: thus Version Cue. You install the version cue server on one computer and save all your files on this computer and then work on the files on other computers. This allows for versions of your documents to be saved and is useful for large design studios who need to manage many versions of files. If you do not have the server installed version cue is still enabled in each application you have installed. In CS3 you open documents using the Adobe dialog, you will see this option in the File > Open or File > Save menus. If you have ever clicked on the Adobe dialog option then the myprojectshidden file gets created so that when you try to connect to the server, any documents are ready to be saved or opened. Version cue is actually not a virus of any kind, however, since it "calls or queries" a server it can be flagged as a virus. Most viruses have a call or query that starts an action of some kind that damages your computer or sends spam messages to other computers. SO because version cue includes the same type of query to start an action some anti-virus software will flag version cue.
No. The typical snooker cue tips are much smaller than the typical pool cue tips. So, you can fit a pool cue tip to a snooker cue, but not a snooker cue tip on a pool cue.
