Yes they do. You can program the keys yourself if you have 2 working keys. If you don't then you need to go to a locksmith or a dealership.
If you have proof of ownership (title, registration, etc) and the VIN number (which should be on said documents) you can go to the dealership and they can look up your key code and cut you new keys. Your liberty uses a transponder key so the dealer will also have to program the transponder, I haven't dealt with Liberties so I am unsure on whether they can program the transponder without the vehicle present. I suggest calling the parts department of your local Jeep dealer and talking to someone there.
The Dealership and a properly equipped locksmith can program these keys for you using specialty equipment. Such machines include: T-Code, MVP, Transponder Key Originator (TKO), etc... If you are computer savvy, go to www.haakey.com for the 2000 to 2005 keys, for 2006 to 2011 keys, see your VW dealer
Here's the programming procedure: Step 1. Gather up all keys you want to have programmed. Step 2. Drive to a Nissan dealer, have them program your keys. All done.
Nissan transponder keys cannot be programmed by the vehicle owner. Contact an automotive locksmith or the dealer.
off eBay or your pug dealer!depends if you have a transponder in the keys!
