How do I remove that clicking sound which happens when two notes are overlapping in Fruity Loops?

Well, maybe you should try not to overlap the notes for starters. They can be adjusted you know, the lengths. If they are clicking, it is probably a sample or synth issue. It may also be the way a sound is configures to play. You would have to be very specific what is actually happening, that includes the looping properties (which often click). To fix that, just make sure the sample DC offset is fixed by FL or the sample itself through an audio editor such as Audition, Audacity. SoundForge, etc.
