I am almost 20 years old: J'ai presque vingt ans.
"J'ai ans" is not a correct phrase in French. The proper way to say "I am (a certain age) years old" is "J'ai (un certain âge) ans." For example, "I am 20 years old" would be "J'ai 20 ans."
J'ai <age> ans. For example: I am twelve years old = J'ai douze ans.
"20 past X" is translated " X heures vingt " in French.
'Vingt minutes'
In the morning, onze heures vingt. In the evening, vingt-treize heures.
You can truly say you are in love when nothing else in the world matters to you as much as that person. When you look at them and instead of seeing them now, see them 10 or 20 years from now and realize, that's my life. That's real love for you.
It means years. For example if you want to say 20 years old you say 20 años.
