First thing you have to do is turn on the power. You'll then have to hold down the TV button until all the lights at the top of the remote light up. Press the power button on your remote, and you should see the TV light on the remote blink a bit before staying on. You will then have to press and release the up arrow until the TV turns off. When your TV turns off, press your # key to be able to then lock in your code. And that should do it!
