Muslims are of all Ethnicities so they can speak any language. Islam/being Muslim is their Religion not their Nationality. How they speak depends on where that certain person is from. Muslims live all over the world. I am Muslim and I speak English but many Muslims are Middle Eastern and Asian. They mostly Speak Arabic.

However, if you mean the original God revelation language of Quran, then it is Arabic language (which is still a live language). Quran is currently available with meaning translation in almost all world languages.

Only 20% of Muslims are Arab. And 80% of all Muslims DON'T know Arabic.

No particular language has been prescribed for them. However, their holy Book Qur'an is in Arabic. That is recited in Arabic. They offer prayer in Arabic.
