Tarsiers are arboreal, spending most of their time in trees. They forage alone at night. However, some have been observed foraging during daylight.

Some social behaviors include playing, grooming, snuggling, vocalizing, and scent-marking.

They generally have sleeping sites. Primarily, they hunt during the night and rest during the day.

They do not enjoy captivity and have an extremely high Death Rate and a greatly shortened life expectancy when held in captivity. In most instances, a shorten life by as much as half.

They have also been known to bang their heads against walls(when in captivity), to the point of death. Psychological trauma is often sighted as the reason behind this behavior.
