They say "Thank God it's Friday!" like everyone else. Some might opt for "Thank goodness it's Friday!" There is no requirement that you have to believe in a deity or worship a deity in order to use the word God. The word is part of the general culture. For example, how would non Roman Catholics refer to Christmas? The word refers to the Catholic Mass (mas) said on December 25th. Everyone, including atheists and agnostics, refers to the day as Christmas Day. For that matter, English speakers use the common English names for the weekdays, many of which refer to and give honor to a pagan god. For example Wednesday honors Odin, or Wotan, and Thursday honors Thor. People are not actually giving honor or worship to these and other pagan gods when they refer to the days of the week.
In other words, atheists are not necessarily rabid anti-theists. They are just people who do not believe that the deity exists.
