It could be that the bathroom circuit simply has more on it so the hair dryer is pushing the circuit beyond its limit. In a typical bathroom, properly wired, this would not be the case. But if there are lights on the circuit other than in the bathroom (it would take a lot of lights for this to be a problem), or if there is a source of heat in the bathroom that is on, this may be where your problem is.
Buy lights that don't twinkle.
No
Are your lights automatic or do you have to turn them on??? If there automatic then you need to turn the knob to the left of the steering wheel and turn it to "Off" and its the same if there not automatic too.
They won't work because the 15 amp fuse, located on the right side by the ecm,is blown or not making good contact.
Take alook at the fuse panel and find out if there is a fuse for your day time running lights. Most vehicles have a fuse going to them.
DRL - Daytime Running Lights (controls the lights and decides which one will work which won't, head lights&fog and etc.) ALC - Automatic Light Control (understands if it is daylight or dark and activates the DRL)

Start with the fuses, then go to the more complex problems
Did you check operation of stop lights? They are wired into same circuit--if fuse blown neither will work

i dont believe you can do that, unless you take out the fuse that makes the lights come on automatically
