Talk to Mesprit. It will run away and professor Rowan will come talk to you and say you need to the Marking Map on your Poketech. You can get this from the President of the Company after your 3rd badge. Anyway, look at the Map you should see a strange flashing symbol- that is where mesprit is. Chase 'em - When you are were the symbol is run in the nearest grass/water/cave ground til you find 'em or it moves off. You can use status problems, but even asleep mesprit will run away. Weaken 'em and through balls and KEEP CHASING! :)
