If you have the Secret Key, fly to Eterna city and enter the Galactic Building. Once inside, walk to the upper left hand corner, and you will see a small space in the wall in between the corner and a weird bookshelf. Walk to it and hit the A button.

∙ 13y agoFirst, you must give it one of the Arceus plates. Then, you must put it in the PC box and then quickly try to release it, but when it asks you again, decline. Give it a different plate and do this again in another box, and repeat this once for every plate you have. Once you finish this, you must do run to Twinleaf Town, then to that Riverview place, back to Twinleaf, and finally to Solaceon Town. Then, put your Rotom in the Day Care for a year. ( I recommend time-traveling to save the time.) Your Rotom should be Lvl 100. If it isn't, then repeat this process. If it's level 100, you must raise its happiness to the maxium level, and then give it 5 Max Potions. Turn off the game and turn it back on, and you will see your Rotom in a different form! If it isn't the form you want, then you will have to get a new Rotom. Thanks for reading this!

Select one and rotom will want to know a specialised move. Then he will be that rotom forme. The only way to get back or change is to select the empty space or give it to daycare center.
