Condors, as Vultures (very big ones :P ) have feet that i made for walking primarily and not, like other Birds of Prey used for gripping its prey. Condors are Scavengers and so don't need to catch its own prey.
here is the URL for the a vultures (will be very similar to condors) feet

No, King Vultures are not bigger than condors. King Vultures typically have a wingspan of about 5 to 6 feet and weigh around 6 to 10 pounds. In contrast, condors, particularly the Andean and California condors, can have wingspans of up to 10 feet and can weigh over 20 pounds. Thus, condors are significantly larger than King Vultures.
Pigeon's feet are much the same as most other birds.
yes owls do
It depends on the bird. Typically, water fowl (like ducks) have webbed feet (with some exceptions.) Other birds do not.
The type of feet bird have can vary by species. Many types of birds have three toes which point forward and one that points backwards. This type of foot allows them to perch and hold onto branches.
Birds can differ from each other in many ways. Different species differ in both size and appearance along with instincts and ways. Birds of the same species can differ from each other just the same way as humans. E.g each person is different in their own way due to attitude, colour and thought. It's exactly the same. Many birds have hooked beaks, many have beaks for siphoning water and others have beaks for catching insects. Their diet varies beyond group species as do their appearance. Many birds may look the same but they each differ in thought, language, colour, size and diet.
Most water birds have webbed feet but the blue-footed booby has both. The blue feet are part of the male's attraction for the female. Other birds have other things that attract females such as the large tail in peacocks and even in wild turkeys.
some birds fly and some birds don't but have wings, the wings balance them so they wont fall so i suggest '''wings and feet or feet''' wings and feet cause others can fly and feet cause other don't like chicken and others hope i help :)
Birds can't swim the way we do, but ducks and swans can definitely paddle with their feet. Other birds swim best when they are under water.
no flowing of blood in the feet of birds
Assuming the dogs have four feet and birds two, you need 15 dogs (60 feet) and 1 bird (2 feet) giving a total of 16 birds and dogs and 62 feet. None. Dogs have paws, not feet. Also, birds have claws, not feet.
