if your body is able to handle the caffeine, if your sensitive to caffeine then I would not mix them because you could have heart arythmias, and raise your blood pressure
I am not sure I thought all floors can handle dogs but I think if you keep them in a dog house then it will better for the owner and the dog. :)
carob doesn't have caffeine or theobromine, so if these two are your concern, it's okay for dogs to eat carob.
