Earthworms produce waste called "Castings". Castings are excellent fertilizer. These castings are also known as worm humus or worm manure or, more correctly, vermicast. They are particularly rich in nitrogen, phosphate, calcium, and magnesium.

When an earthworm eats organic matter like rotting food, this food is digested and it moves through its intestine to be excreted through the anus. The excreted matter is called worm casting. Worm castings are rich in nutrients and used as fertilizer.

through there end or butt its gross on your hand

comes out there but, where else, just like any other animal on the planet, at least that i know of

EDIT: I am an idiot. This is almost completely wrong. They excrete their nitrogenous wastes through their nephridia, which is a system of interconnecting tubules throughout their body that are in contact with the outside through pores.

ANOTHER EDIT: The food enters the mouth, goes down the esophagus, through the crop, then gizzard (which grinds food) and then to the intestine. The intestine puts nutrients into the blood stream. Unwanted waste then leaves through the anus.

They convert it to useful nitrogen containing compounds, which are passes on when the earthworms are eaten, or decompose when they die naturally.
