The swim bladder helps them become more or less buoyant - when a fish wishes to go down, i.e. sink, it releases gas from the bladder. When it wishes to go up, i.e. rise, it will inflate it by getting air from the surface or bubbles trapped underwater.

Does high uric acid make the lips dry?

I don't think so. High uric acid usually has something to do with the pH level of the urine in your bladder. It can lead to bladder infections and gallstones. Drink a glass of cranberry juice nefore you go to bed to have less uric acid in your bladder, thus lowering the chances of developing a bladder infection and/or gallstones.

How does buoyancy and density relate to the world?

Any substance that does not dissolve when placed in water will displace a certain volume. The volume of water that is displaced has a certain weight and the equivalent of that weight of water creates a buoyant force on the object. If the density of the object is less than the density of water then the buoyant force will be enough to make the substance float.
