Normally, you can't. However, a white flower can be picked and put in a glass with food coloring and water.. In a few days, the flower will be the same color as the food coloring and water. Otherwise, paint the flower?

You can create different colored flowers by cross-breeding two colored breeds of flowers ( have to be same, can't be rose and pansy, or tulip and cosmo) You just plant the flowers next two each other, say a red rose, and a white rose. Give the flowers open space around them for the hybrid to grow. Water them every day until a new flower is created. BUT- it might not work and you most likely will just create another flower of its parents color.
