How do frogs adapt?
The process of adaptation for the frog is the same as any other organism: through natural selection on genetic variability and occasional mutation.
Frogs adapt over millions of years in different climate They can swim.
Growling grass frogs are endangered for many things. First of all, human activity. We have been ruining their habitat forcing them to adapt and to keep on moving and to add on to that, our pollution. Second disease. There was a disease introduced with a creature name Gambusia (mosquitofish). This creature preyed on the Growling Grass Frogs eggs and eventually killed them all.
Animals adapt to the winter by hibernating. For example, bears and leopard frogs hibernate. They eat all summer and in the winter they sleep. Another way of adapting is to migrate . For example, butterflies, whales, and birds migrate. To illustrate, butterflies migrate to mexico when it is cold and migrate back when it is warmer. Those are two examples of ho animals adapt in the winter.
Red frogs are sometimes dangerous, depending on their species. Their skin secretes a substance that is poisonous to a lot of animals. It does this in order to protect itself from predators that might try to eat it. But a lot of other frogs adapt this skin color as a protection also - except that these frogs don't secrete any poison. It's just the natural shock of the color that makes other predators think that…
Chipmunks live in deciduous forests and live on nuts, berries, insects and small animals like frogs. Climate change may dry up the forests, and the nuts, berries and frogs may not be available. Change of habitat may make them more exposed to their enemies, hawks and foxes etc. Any changes like these will threaten the existence of chipmunks, which, like other animals, may not be able to adapt to the sudden changes.
They actually breathe through their skin, so they don't actually need to adapt. Plus, frogs are born in water, so that when they hatch, they are already in, which they need to be because they are born as tadpoles, which are little fish-like creatures. However, as they grow up, they evolve into frogs.
A frog like all animals learn to adapt to their environment. In order to live in the water frogs must learn to breathe in oxygen using their skin cells, webbed feet that allow them to move through the water and an ability to adapt and avoid predators. It has webbed feet Permeable skin for easy gas exchange, strong legs and webbed feet to help it swim. frogs have webbed feet, strong legs and they can…
They are adapted because they are adapted. If you don't know how to adapt you cannot adapt it. Adapt it and you can adapt it. If you adapt it already, no worry to adapt it again because you adapt it already. Want to adapt it? Adapt again to adapt the snake you want to adapt. Go adapt snake. Adapt it.. Yes Adapt it.
All animals in the rainforest adapt in their own way. For example many species of frogs have suction pads on their feet to allow them to climb up trees easily. Another example of an adaptation to the rainforest is that of the black panther. A mother will hold her tail up so her cubs can follow without getting lost.
