To get Cradily, you must evolve Lileep at level 40. Getting Lileep is quite simple. You must find the Mirage tower, and climb to the uppermost floor. Take the Root Fossil. Then you must take it to the scientist in the lower right corner of the second floor, and give it to him. Simply walk outside the building, and bike/walk around for about 30 seconds; the number of steps needed is unknown. Upon reentering, your fossil will have become a Pokemon yours to claim.
If you have picked the Claw fossil from the tower, there is still another chance for this. After you have beaten the Elite 4 and Champion, visit the Fossil Maniac in the back of his house, which is just west of Fallarbor Town. He will be standing next to a hole in the wall. Enter this hole and head through the Ditto-infested cave to find the alternate Fossil.
