How do get an earring back out of your ear without the diamond on the front?

If its stuck in your ear, trying to get it out will hurt. Just have someone you trust get tweezers and pull it out. And when I say it will hurt, it will really hurt. I'm not trying to scare you just warn you. Good luck.
