How do get off a ship in rune scape?

You should be able to get off by a plank or a cross walk. It leads on to the land. If there are multiple levels on the ship, go down to the level of the ship that is parallel to the land that you want to cross on to. If you look hard enough, linked on to the land there should be a cross walk. Simply click on it and your avatar will move to the land.
