In order to enter the world of Zafaria, their are two requirements:
- You must have completed the world Celestia via the quest "Through This Door"; and
- You must have achieved level 60 and become a Legendary Wizard
If you meet these two requirements and still have not have been called by Professor Merle Ambrose, I suggest you contact Wizard 101 Support and ask for their advice.

You need to complete the main story of Celestia, to unlock Zafaria. Have fun!

Yes, after Celestia, you will need to travel to Zafaria to finish your main quests

Unfortunately, I didn't see Wizard City or Zafaria in Pirate101. I would imagine this would be a great see for those that are interested, though. Both are rated 3.7 stars out of 5.

well I haven't got it yet but I can't wait till it comes out but the only thing is if your a level 60 you have another 10 levels to go so tough look for me but in other words YES I love Zafaria

its the last world in wizard101. to get there, you must be level 70 and complete zafaria.

the cities are sunken city, wizard city, celestia, mooshu, grizzleheim, krokotopia, dragonspyre, wysteria, zafaria, wintertusk, and marleybone.
What was wizard101 like when it came out?
Dragonspyre, Celestia, Wintertusk, Wysteria, and Zafaria did not exist yet There were many bugs with the game, you could not buy crowns I could go on forever.
