Easy! A Guinea Pig makes a burrow and will find little bits of staggly grass or hay lieng around and then would take thyem along and cover them selfs with it. But they like to make a deep hole in the ground and then start to go up abit so incase there was a flood the Guinea Pig would not be harmed easily. Hope this helped! :)
list:
cleen housing material (no cedar, pine bedding, no soild bedding, cleen)
fresh water and food
grooming
and freindship/ toys/ companiaon(another gp)
those are the basics
shelter, water supply, food supply (vegetables), every day clean their cage, wash it once a week or more (if long hair clean it more often) can't get 2 males or they will fight (unless they seem to like each other), if more than 1 guinea pig they will need a bigger cage, care for them or they will get lonely and they need to trust you and they will stop running away (may take some time), they will get scurvy if you don't feed them their vegetables, something to chew on or (like rabbits) their teeth never stop growing, personally i would give them pine shavings, its unhealthy to get them fat and mine love to watch TV
because they evolved to live in a niche within their habitat
Wrong. Guinea pigs are domesticated.
a cavy
an animal may die if you do that. probably the guinea pig. :(
Cats ,maybe dogs and wild animal's 2 day old baby guinea pigs were attacked by cats and so was the dad guinea pig and they didn't survive so never let your cats near your guinea pigs if they are not in a closed hutch or run or cage. Hope this helped.
Yes - even babies. Once two of my babies escaped and we found them a week later.
I will give a food so that they can eat and survive
any mammal can get rabies but the guinea pig is less likely as its usually kept out of reach of wild and stray animals.
no, the guinea pig should live with its own kind, wild mice also carry disease.
22 to 50 years
guinea pig come from south America
no, guinea pigs cannot live with these animals, and yes, guinea pigs will be hurt by wild mice. guinea pigs should live with other guinea pigs, and wild mice should stay wild.
Guinea pigs are rodents, so their closest relatives involve mice or rats, hamsters, gerbil and chinchila.
you should call the veterinarian (: cuz ... they are animal people ? idk if a guinea pig can even survive a heart attack =/
