Best Answer

There are two bands of muscles in the upper arm of the wing. The upper band of muscle is called triceps and the lower one is called biceps. When you pull the biceps, the chincken wing will extend. And when you pull the triceps, the chicken wing will contract or "close" to its original non-using form. The muscles work in pairs. While one muscle contractsm the opposite relaxes.

Hens move by waddling. They normally move their nest/home every 2 or so weeks. Hens love to move. If they stay in a place for too long it will affect their laying of eggs.
